Standing on the stage,
A lively girl of small age.
Eager to act the role,
With a happy inner soul.
Having a candle in her hand,
She was there just to stand.
All was good at the start,
But then came the candle’s part.
Flickering flame on its head,
Caused the pain to spread.
Carrying fire in its heart,
Candle cried with an art.
Slowly, it began to melt,
Left the life it hardly dealt.
Burning fury ate it all,
Caused its wax run to fall.
Dripping wax embraced the girl,
It burnt her hand, but no skirl.
With every drop of hot wax,
That little girl had pain attacks.
As everyone was watching her,
She set a smile to conquer.
She held the pain for so long,
Unlike candle, she was strong.
The only thing that happened,
Her gusto was all blackened.
Finally, the act came to end,
Cheers! She ceased to pretend.
With the falling of curtains,
She lightened all her burdens.
There was a huge clap,
All the act was just fab.
Behind the curtains, she screamed,
But in front, she stood esteemed.
She wore the pain with grace,
Differing her from Candle’s case.
Candle cried with a bawl,
Hence, it cracked in front of all.
The girl smiled in contrast,
Acting well in the cast.
No one knew her flaws,
Instead, she gained an applause.
From this story, we learnt,
No one cares who burnt.
Be strong and try to deal,
Don’t reveal but conceal.
All the pains will go,
One by one in a row.
Come to make you strong,
To live the life, you belong.
No one pays heed to you,
When shedding tears like dew.
So, take action with a smile,
Howling in the crowd is vile.
Remember the fact of life,
The only way to survive;
Bulk love to laugh with you,
Rare offer your cuts to sew.
