Is it to satisfy everyone around you? Or is it to shut off those invisible mouths of your society? These are the cruel norms of this world which make you realize that you are not good enough for anything you desire.
The moment when this thought of not being good enough for anything finds a room in your heart and mind, is the moment when you stop struggling, stop thriving for a better future, stop realizing your worth, and start to see yourself from the world's eyes. You start to undertake yourself as a failure. You start believing that ‘good’ is not for you, you just don't deserve quality things, like your dream job, or relations that make you feel safe and secure.
In short, this fear demolishes the will
of living within you. It deteriorates your pleasant and carefree personality, as you start hiding your true self and innate skills.

By concealing your skills, hiding your thoughts, suppressing your personality, and disguising your innocent desire to live a content life. Ask yourself that is this a solution to your eternal suffering? Remember, everyone has to die, be it in their vigor or weakness but not everyone gets to live and even try like you. Life demands courage, valour, and bravery. History is full of people who overcame atelophobia by not accepting people's opinions about them, as they slashed through a stuffy life and became stars that still shine bright, their names roll respectfully on the tongue of those who once criticized them. They proved their worth by becoming something more than the world thought of them.
Every soul is granted a purpose. No human is useless. Still, life favours the one with stronger nerves and resolve. You have to fight your fears and insecurities every day and every moment and you have to fight hard because the instant you surrender to your fear, death envelop everything inside you. Ironically, living, on the other hand, will mean you are declared a loser and a failure, a person who cannot live up to their expectations. Remember, life is an ocean where you have to swim at any cost. You have to learn the art of swimming by your self because nobody is going to teach you. Survival of the fittest is only possible by trampling others, right? Let’s start by identifying those who savor drowning you. Everyone else's opinion is his opinion.
Your fears are just your fears. You are extraordinary and equipped with high skills and abilities. You deserve all good. So just step out, breathe, and overcome atelophobia. Encourage and appreciate yourself. Invest in your own true happiness and let the world see how much worthy you really are.
To all those people who consider themselves empowered, just be kind and appreciate others because there are people outside struggling with their insecurities and fears, and fighting hard with their nerves. Just be kind and become an example for those who need it, just like how you needed it before.
